Frequently Asked Questions

Actual products will vary monthly but you will expect to find in each box the following items:

  • A fiction novel
  • An edible indulgence¬†
  • A specialty beverage¬†
  • A wellness product¬†
  • A custom bookmark

Delivery is free within Hong Kong. 

Currently we do not ship internationally but we hope to do so in the future. 

All boxes will be sent out for delivery on the last week of each month and will take 2-3 days to arrive after posted. 

Each order will receive a tracking number once shipped so you can track your box. 

All subscriptions are charged on the 12th of each month after your initial purchase. If you would like to pause for that month, please cancel before the 12th.  

If you have placed your initial order after the 12th, your order will still be processed up until the last business day of the month to ensure you still receive the current month's box.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards.

We also accept payments through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay or PayPal. 

Yes - you may pause or cancel at anytime. 

Subscribers can go into their account to view and edit their subscription at anytime. To cancel hit the Cancel button. 

If you have not made an account upon subscribing, you can view and edit your subscription through the magic link contained in every subscription email upon subscribing. 

You may Reactivate your subscription at anytime too. 

If you have already read the book in this month's box, kindly email us at hello@unwindbookbox.com. We will send a courier to pick up the book and deliver another title. 

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds as each box is made to order. However, if you have already read the book received in this month's box, kindly email us at hello@unwindbookbox.com.

If the products are damaged, please email us with photos at hello@unwindbookbox.com and we can send a replacement.
